Since when
I first saw a video about the X4back in Nov 2025. I've never been that interested in e-readers, but all of a sudden I couldn't get this adorable little device out of my mind! I jumped and It arrived in early Dec. I found Crosspoint on Reddit, loaded version0.5.1, and I've loved it since!
How I use it
I mostly use it as a place to save and re-read all my favorite fanfics, It's great on the go! I love how much storage it has, and how innocuous it is.
What I love
The battery life is super long, even with hours and hours of reading, on top of that I love how incredibly customizable it is. It's got a strap/charm port!!! I miss when phones came with a charm port as standard.
What I'd change
I wish the original X4 had a backlight, that's really the only thing I don't enjoy about it!

Don't be afraid of the wealth of firmware choices! Customize to your hearts content!
