My X4 my favorite EDC

Since when
I was thinking of an eReader and saw this device. Seemed reasonable. So got it from the official website. Should have gone with the X4 as it may have more features in its hardware.
How I use it
What I love
Extremely thin and lightweight. Has WiFi connection. It is the thickness of an RFID proxy card. Love the built-in magnet though a little weak. Also I can set a sleep screen with relevant informations in the case the device is found like using the QR code from this very site! Installing the CrossPoint software makes it better. No need mobile app as it creates a "web server" to control and upload/delete media.
What I'd change
I wish it can just read PDF outright, or other image formats. The battery goes down 1 percent on each activation of the device. A bit unusual. Also font download takes up battery.
Tip for new members
Get a PDF to epub converter, and image to bitmap converter. It might be a worthwhile investment, although free solutions exists, e.g. freeconvert, cloudconvert, irfanview. Google docs can export as epub. CrossPoint reader is great but takes learning espeically how to save the files in format.
