A Chicano author, explores the quirks of the working world in his writing. As an MFA student at Boise State, his writing focuses on isolated working-class characters in a world that is indifferent. His narratives explore the gradual decay of the American dream, the conflict between our true selves and our public personas, and the strange, dreamlike quality hidden in everyday life.
